Partner Sales Manager

Job Description:

This individual will have responsibility for sales and sales programs for the Woven Systems products and support offerings to OEM partners as well as traditional channel partners and integrators. Woven's products are used to build high performance, scalable, Data Center networking solutions. This individual will work with team members and partners to create solutions that solve our customer's business and technical challenges.

The candidate will have relevant experience selling in the LAN switching and High Performance computing space. Candidates must possess a thorough understanding of the programs and activities that are required to be effective in the OEM/Channel market. The individual must have strong presentation skills, demonstrated negotiation skills, be a self-starter, and a strong closer. Business forecasting and pipeline development are required. Candidates must have the ability to develop relationships and demonstrate value at many different levels within a customer organization. Candidates must have strong knowledge and understanding of data networking products and related design as well as the ability to effectively articulate Woven's unique value proposition at various levels within an organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Translate business opportunities into highly successful sales
  • Develop programs for ongoing training and management of partners
  • Work closely with customer and Woven engineering teams on reference designs
  • Sell products, values, and concepts at the highest levels and represent the company tactfully and professionally
  • Continuous account planning, management, and reporting of sales activities
  • Review market information to determine customer needs, price schedules, and rates
  • Monitor and evaluate competitive activities and products
  • Conceptualize and implement business plans that meet the sales goals/objectives

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in complex network infrastructure systems sales
  • Self starter with knowledge of market vertical
  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles
  • Demonstrated ability in building executive and technical relationships
  • Strong technical skills; knowledge of related designs and applications
  • Successful track record in working with integrators and resellers in a joint selling capacity
  • BA degree in business or computer science strongly preferred
